ORDER CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES
- Orders for stock products can be cancelled or changed before the items have been picked for
- For custom orders, it is not possible to cancel or make changes once we have processed the
- For inquires on order cancellations or changes, please email Bolder Safety Solutions Workwear at info@boldersolutions.ca.
RETURNS
- All return requests must be submitted via email to info@boldersolutions.ca., within 10 days of purchase date, to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and form.
- Goods that have been worn, soiled or altered in any way are not
- Special order, direct embroidered, non-stock items are not
- Returned goods must be shipped freight prepaid, and must include a copy of the invoice or packing slip and the completed RMA form.
