ORDER CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES

 

  • Orders for stock products can be cancelled or changed before the items have been picked for
  • For custom orders, it is not possible to cancel or make changes once we have processed the
  • For inquires on order cancellations or changes, please email Bolder Safety Solutions Workwear at  info@boldersolutions.ca.

RETURNS

 

  • All return requests must be submitted via email to info@boldersolutions.ca., within 10 days of purchase date, to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and form.
  • Goods that have been worn, soiled or altered in any way are not
  • Special order, direct embroidered, non-stock items are not
  • Returned goods must be shipped freight prepaid, and must include a copy of the invoice or packing slip and the completed RMA form.
  • Returned goods must be in their original
  • All returns are subject to a 25% restocking Goods returned that do not conform to the above conditions are subject to additional charge or no return.
  • Returns will not be accepted without a pre-approved RMA
