ORDER CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES
- Orders for stock products can be cancelled or changed before the items have been picked for
- For custom orders, it is not possible to cancel or make changes once we have processed the

- All return requests must be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org., within 10 days of purchase date, to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and form.
